Refund and Returns Policy

At Diamond Furniture, we are committed to providing the highest quality furniture and a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Refunds and Returns Eligibility

  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging where possible.
  • Refunds: Refunds will only be processed for items that are returned within the eligible 7-day period and are in resalable condition.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange for a return and full refund or replacement at no extra charge to you.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@diamondfurniture.co.ke or calling +254 725 892 004.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Our customer support team will assist you in arranging the return or exchange.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized furniture cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For non-defective returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. Depending on stock availability, we will arrange an exchange or provide a refund if a suitable replacement cannot be found.
